Call us at (866) 341-0050 for a return authorization number(RA#). A 15% restocking fee will apply to all unused items in re-sellable condition. Repack item(s) in the same or similar packaging and include a copy of the original packing slip. Only pre-paid shipped items will be accepted by any method you wish. Once the package has been received, we will happily send you a replacement OR refund the original purchase price excluding the shipping charges.

 

For exchanges of damaged or defective merchandise, once items are verified defective or unusable we will credit you for the returned item(s) or send you a replacement with no additional shipping charges.
